In the Irish Lotto, players must select six numbers from 1 to 47. In the draw, there is an extra ball called Bonus Ball which boosts the winnings of players who have matched two, three, four and five main numbers.
Prize tiers and odds of winning
There are 8 different prize tiers, with prizes going from 3 euros cash or Daily Million Quick Pick up to the Jackpot, which minimum amount is 2 million euros, for matching six numbers. All prize tiers offer variable prizes payouts depending on the funding for that particular draw. The chance of winning the jackpot is 1 in 10,737,573 million. Purchase your tickets
Tickets for Irish Lotto can be purchased from authorised retailers across the Republic of Ireland or online. It costs 2 euros per line, with a minimum cost of entry into the draw of 4 euros, so you will have to play a minimum of 2 lines (4 euros) to participate.
Draws take place at around 19:55 every Wednesday and Saturday. This website publishes the results shortly after the draw takes places.
